• I just bought the product and i haven't received my User & Key ?

  - Or delete C:\Program files\Wintracks

• At Wintracks startup the disk drive crunches for a while
  - Wintracks create a list of Temporary internet files, history… If you have so many files, it can take a moment to start.

• The trial release of Wintracks does not start when i type 'demo' in the 2 fields.
  - You need to type 'Demo'. The first letter is a capital letter.
